PBBT (Process-based Behaviour Therapy) is a registered Trademark (UK: UK00003488877, EU: 018236930, US Application: 90313111) owned by Perspectives Ireland Consulting Psychologists Ltd under Classes 9, 16, 41, 42, and 44.
I hereby acknowledge the rights enjoyed by Perspectives Ireland in its PBBT Trademarks and I also accept the following terms and conditions in relation to their products and services:
- That I may indicate that I have received a certificate in PBBT only after I have attended training courses or supervision provided by Perspectives Ireland.
- That I may indicate that I use PBBT on a client one-to-one or client group basis only if I have attended training as outlined in Paragraph 1.
- That by virtue of attending the training mentioned in Paragraph 1, that I am not entitled to provide training or supervision to others in this therapy.
- I understand that I can use the skills learned through this training in my one-to-one client meetings, or my client groups, but that I cannot train others to also use these learned techniques.
- I understand that I can freely refer to PBBT, but I cannot train the skills and techniques used in PBBT, or claim any of the content as my own.
- I understand that (whether I did or did not attend training courses or supervision provided by Perspectives Ireland), any materials presented during training given by Perspectives Ireland are the subject of copyright law and that I may not copy these documents, share these documents, use same for any training purposes, or claim any of the content as my own.
- I understand that I must ensure that any materials that I may work on in collaboration with Perspectives Ireland do not infringe upon the Trademarks owned by this entity and I will ensure that any documentation that I intend to use in the context of my PBBT consultations, will be reviewed by Perspectives Ireland first.
- I understand that any unauthorized use of any materials that use the PBBT Trademarks owned by Perspectives Ireland (whether I did or did not attend training courses or supervision provided by Perspectives Ireland), could constitute an immediate infringement of its Trademark rights and I will make every effort to ensure that this does not occur.
- The trademark prevents a third party carrying out education classes or psychological assessment and examination services etc. under the mark PBBT or a confusingly similar mark (see below for full list of Classes 9, 16, 41, 42, and 44).
I hereby agree to all of the above statements and terms.

Printed matter; publications; magazines; periodicals; newsletters; books; journals; educational, teaching and instructional materials; printed matter for educational purposes.
